INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g Instant Pancake Mix
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 10 pcs Cocktail Hotdogs
- 10 pcs BBQ Sticks
- 500 ml Hapi Fiesta Vegetable Oil – for deep frying
- 1 tsp as needed Mustard
- 1 tsp as needed UFC Banana Catsup
PROCEDURE:
1. Pre boil cocktail hotdogs until fully cooked
2. Skewer hotdogs
3. Make pancake batter according to packaging instructions
4. Roll hotdogs in flour then dip in pancake batter
5. Deep fry until golden and crispy
6. Serve with ketchup and mustard
