INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup ground pork
- 6 pcs garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tsp Datu Puti fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp UFC ground pepper
- 30 pcs wonton/molo wrapper
- 2 tbsp Golden Fiesta Canola oil
- 1/2 cup white onion, sliced
- 3/4 kg chicken neck and ribs
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp white onion, chopped [Soup]
- 2 tbsp garlic, chopped [Soup]
- 1/4 cup shrimp, chopped [Soup]
- 1 tbsp Datu Puti fish sauce, to taste [Soup]
- 1/2 tsp UFC Ground Pepper [Soup]
- 4 cups chicken broth [Soup]
- 2 pcs green onion, sliced [Soup]
- 2 tbsp garlic, crushed and fried [Soup]
PROCEDURE:
1. Wonton/Molo: Mix together pork, half of garlic, fish sauce, and pepper. Scoop about 1 tsp of mixture in a molo wrapper. Close by bringing the edges of the wrapper at the center. Twist then pinch to close. Set aside.
2. Wonton/Molo: Sauté onion, remaining garlic, and chicken in oil. Add water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Flake chicken and reserve broth.
3. Soup: Sauté onion, garlic, shrimp, and chicken meat. Add broth, fish sauce, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add molo. Simmer uncovered for 5-10 minutes. Top with fried garlic and green onion.
