INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 1/2 kg pork jowl or liempo
- 1 pc medium white onion, diced
- 1 pc sili sigang, sliced
- 2 tbsp liver spread
- 1 tsp Old English Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp UFC whole pepper, cracked
- 4 g Wow Sarap all in one seasoning mix
- 1 pack pancit canton
- 1/2 cup Datu Puti Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, chopped
PROCEDURE:
1. Boil pork with salt until tender then let dry and set aside.
2. Chop onions and fry chicken liver.
3. Deep fry boiled pork then chop up.
4. Mix all ingredients and set aside.
5. Prepare noodles by stir frying oil and carrots with cabbage.
6. Add oyster sauce and ½ cup water then add noodles.
7. Top with sisig and serve.
