INGREDIENTS:
- 150 g pork liempo, cut into wide strips
- 2 tbsp Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pc small onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger, sliced
- 1 tbsp UFC ginisang bagoong alamang
- 2 tbsp UFC tomato sauce guisado
- 4 g Wow Sarap all in one seasoning mix
- 1 cup rice water or water
- 1 pc small kalabasa (200 g), sliced
- 100 g sitaw, sliced
- 3 pcs eggplant (150 g), sliced and sprinkle with water
- 10 pcs okra, sliced
- 1 pc ampalaya (75 g), seeded and sliced
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté pork in 1 tbsp oil until light brown and a bit crunchy. Set aside half for topping.
2. In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion, ginger, and bagoong alamang for 2 minutes.
3. Add tomato sauce guisado, seasoning granules and rice water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add kalabasa, sitaw, eggplant, okra, and ampalaya. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Top with reserved fried pork before serving.
