Pinoy Bibimbap

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 Tbsp GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
  2. 2 pc egg,( fried sunny side up)
  3. 2 cups cooked rice

MEAT TOPPING:

  1. 1/4 kg ground pork
  2. 2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
  3. 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Oyster Sauce
  4. 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  5. 2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Pinoy Spice Vinegar
  6. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 1/2 tsp UFC Whole Pepper, crushed
  8. 1 Tbsp UFC Banana Catsup

VEGETABLES :

  1. 2 Tbsp UFC Pieces and Stems Mushrooms
  2. ½ pc cucumber , sliced
  3. 2 Tbsp carrot strips
  4. ¼ cup togue
  5. ¼ cup shredded cabbage
  6. SAUCE :
  7. 2 Tbsp UFC Banana Catsup, mixed with
  8. 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Oyster Sauce

PROCEDURE

  • 1. Combine ingredients for meat topping. Mix well.   Saute in Golden Fiesta Oil until cooked.  Set aside.
  • 2. Scoop rice into bowls . Top with sautéed meat , vegetables and egg and
