Pizza Roll

INGREDIENTS:

     

     Frying

  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 pc egg, beaten
  • 2 cups cooking oil for frying

 

PROCEDURE:

      Assembly

  1. Flatten bread slices one by one using a rolling pin or clean glass bottle.
  2. Lay a piece of flattened bread on a clean surface. Spread 1 Tbsp UFC Meaty Overload evenly on the bread while placing the sauce’s meat in the center.
  3. Place cheese in the middle beside the meat.
  4. Roll the bread tightly. Repeat steps 1 – 4 for the rest of the bread slices.

   

     Frying

  1. Place beaten egg on a plate and breadcrumbs on another plate.
  2. Dip the rolled bread into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumbs. Repeat steps 1 – 2 for the rest of the pizza rolls.
  3. Heat oil in pan.
    Note: To ensure crispy pizza rolls, make sure oil temperature is hot enough. One way to test: Place the end of the wooden spoon into the oil while it is heating. When you start to see many small bubbles forming around it, the oil is ready for frying.
  4. Once oil is pre-heated, add the breaded pizza rolls one by one without overcrowding the pan. Deep fry for less than 1 minute until golden brown and crispy. Flip to cook the other side. Transfer to a strainer or paper towel to drain excess oil.
