INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg Chicken, Cut Into Half (1 whole)
- 1/2 cup Datu Puti Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 12 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1 cup Baby Potato
- 2 pcs UFC Laurel Leaves
- 1/100 UFC Iodized Salt, To Taste
- 1/100 UFC Ground Pepper, To Taste
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes.
2. Heat butter and oil. Saute garlic and potato for 5 minutes. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, brown chicken on all sides then transfer into a baking dish.
4. Add sautéed vegetables and laurel leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until cooked.
