INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 jigger Tequila
- 1 jigger Calamansi Liquor
- 1 tsp Locally Calamansi Juice
- 2 tbsp Pomelo Pulp
- 1/4 tsp Grenadine
- 5 pcs Fresh Tarragon Leaves
- 1 pc Ice
- 1 tsp Salt for Rimming
- 1 tbsp Pomelo Pulp For Garnish
- 1 sprig Tarragon
PROCEDURE:
1. Salt rim glass by dipping rim of glass on a plate with water then on a plate with salt
2. In a shaker, put honey, tequila, calamansi liquor, calamansi juice. Shake until the honey is dissolved
3. Add in pomelo pulp, tarragon and ice. Shake in a shaker.
4. Pour inside salt rimmed glass.
5. Garnish with pomelo wedge and tarragon
