Pork Ribs with Black Beans

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 kg Pork Spareribs, Sliced Thinly Into 1 Inch
  • 3 tbsp Liquid Seasoning
  • 1/100 NaN Marinade
  • 2 tbsp Salted Black Beans
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 1 pc Egg Yolk
  • 1/100 NaN Chili
  • 20 pcs Siling Labuyo, sliced
  • 2 tsp Garlic, Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Green Onion, Chopped

PROCEDURE:

1. Marinate pork for 30 minutes. Transfer into a heat proof container.
2. Chili: Toast sili and garlic until slightly dry.
3. Steam for about 1 hour.
4. Add liquid seasoning. Stir. Top with green onion. Serve with chili.
