INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg Pork Spareribs, Sliced Thinly Into 1 Inch
- 3 tbsp Liquid Seasoning
- 1/100 NaN Marinade
- 2 tbsp Salted Black Beans
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 pc Egg Yolk
- 1/100 NaN Chili
- 20 pcs Siling Labuyo, sliced
- 2 tsp Garlic, Sliced
- 1 tbsp Green Onion, Chopped
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate pork for 30 minutes. Transfer into a heat proof container.
2. Chili: Toast sili and garlic until slightly dry.
3. Steam for about 1 hour.
4. Add liquid seasoning. Stir. Top with green onion. Serve with chili.
