INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup palm oil
- 1/2 kg pork jowl or liempo
- 1 pc medium white onion, diced
- 1 pc sili sigang, sliced
- 2 tbsp liver spread
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp whole pepper, cracked
- 4 g seasoning mix
PROCEDURE:
1. Boil pork with salt until tender, then let it dry and set aside.
2. Chop onions and fry chicken liver.
3. Deep fry boiled pork then chop up.
4. Mix all ingredients and serve in sizzling plate.
