INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg Pork chops/liempo, sliced
- 2 tbsp Canola oil
- 1 pc Large onion, sliced into rings
- 350 g Potato, sliced thinly and fried
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 pack All-in-One seasoning granules (4 g)
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 8 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 3 tbsp Cane vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Ground pepper
PROCEDURE:
1. Prepare marinade by mixing ingredients in a bowl.
2. Marinate pork for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator. Drain, reserve any marinade.
3. Brown pork slices in oil. Set aside.
4. Sauté garlic from marinade, then add onion and sauté. Set aside.
5. In the same pan, add water and marinade (adding more soy sauce and vinegar to taste), then add pork and half of the onion.
6. Top with potato and remaining onion. Serve.
