INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg pork kasim, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup banana catsup
- 2 tbsp atsuete
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp seasoning granules
PROCEDURE:
1. Pound pork kasim flat until tender.
2. Combine all ingredients to marinade overnight or longer.
3. Fry in oil.
