INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g ground pork / beef
- 100 g eggplant, sliced
- 250 g tokwa / tofu, sliced into cubes
- 1 pack (80 g) UFC Oppa! Mixes – Soy Garlic or Sweet and Spicy
PROCEDURE:
- For standard rice cooker, press down rice cooker pot with a spatula and press cook.
- Add ground meat. Brown for 5 minutes.
Note: Make sure rice cooker is at “cook” setting for ease in sauteing.
- Dump tofu, eggplant and UFC Oppa Mix.
- Cover rice cooker. Continue to cook for 5 – 8 minutes until eggplant is cooked and softened.
