Rice Cooker Soy Fish

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 400 g tilapia, whole and cleaned or fish of your choice*
  • 5 g ginger, sliced
  • 5 g onion leeks, sliced (optional)

 

* Note: Cooking time might differ depending on fish used.

 

PROCEDURE:

  1. In a rice cooker pot, combine water and OPPA! mixes Soy Garlic. Mix well.
  2. Add ginger, leeks, and fish.
  3. Cover pot. Plug rice cooker and press ‘cook.’ Allow to cook for 10 – 15 minutes until tilapia is fully cooked.
  4. Once fish is cooked, remove rice cooker from plug.
