INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack (80 g) UFC OPPA! Mixes – Soy Garlic
- ½ rice cup or 1/3 cup water
- 400 g tilapia, whole and cleaned or fish of your choice*
- 5 g ginger, sliced
- 5 g onion leeks, sliced (optional)
* Note: Cooking time might differ depending on fish used.
PROCEDURE:
- In a rice cooker pot, combine water and OPPA! mixes Soy Garlic. Mix well.
- Add ginger, leeks, and fish.
- Cover pot. Plug rice cooker and press ‘cook.’ Allow to cook for 10 – 15 minutes until tilapia is fully cooked.
- Once fish is cooked, remove rice cooker from plug.
