INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 pack UFC OPPA! Mixes Soy Garlic (80g)
- 5 g Ginger, peeled, sliced
- 400 g Tilapia or fish of your choice, whole and cleaned
- 5 g Onion Leeks, sliced (optional)
PROCEDURE:
1. In a rice cooker pot, combine water and OPPA! Mixes Soy Garlic. Mix well.
2. Add ginger, tilapia or fish of your choice and onion leeks (optional).
3. Cover pot. Plug rice cooker and press ‘cook.’ Allow to cook for 10 – 15 minutes until fish is fully cooked.
4. Once fish is cooked, unplug rice cooker.
*Note: Rice cup, commonly known as takal, is a 180 mL cup usually included with rice cookers.
