INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of Rice, pre-washed
- 1.5 cup Water
- 100 g Chicken thigh fillet, sliced
- 1 pc Small Red onion, sliced
- 5 g Ginger, peeled, cut into strips
- 50 g Sayote/ Papaya, sliced
- 10 pcs Dahong ng sili (optional)
- 1 tbsp Datu Puti Fish Sauce
- 1 pack Silver Swan Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasonings
PROCEDURE:
1. In a rice cooker, add all ingredients.
2. Cover rice cooker. Plug and press cook.
3. Once cooked, unplug rice cooker. Mix Tinola Rice and serve.
*Note: Rice cup, commonly known as takal, is a 180 mL cup usually included with rice cookers.
