INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g pork shoulder/kasim
- ½ cup UFC Banana Catsup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ Tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce
Alternative:
- 1/3 cup UFC Banana Catsup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce
PROCEDURE:
- Dump: Dump all ingredients in rice cooker pot. Mix to coat meat evenly.
- Cook: Press ‘cook’. Cook for 25 minutes or until meat is fully cooked and glazed. Stir occasionally or after every 12 minutes.
- Eat while hot!
Note: Meat can be tenderized by placing it on a chopping board and flattening it with a rolling pin or pan.
