Rice Cooker Tocino

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g pork shoulder/kasim
  • ½ cup UFC Banana Catsup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce

PROCEDURE:

  1. Dump: Dump all ingredients in rice cooker pot. Mix to coat meat evenly.
  2. Cook: Press ‘cook’. Cook for 25 minutes or until meat is fully cooked and glazed. Stir occasionally or after every 12 minutes.
  3.  Eat while hot!

 

Note: Meat can be tenderized by placing it on a chopping board and flattening it with a rolling pin or pan.
