INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg salmon belly
- 4 g seasoning mix
- 3 cups rice water or water
- 1 pc small onion, sliced
- 2 pcs medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 pcs medium gabi (150 g), peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 pc small bunch sitaw (1 cup), sliced
- 1 pc siling haba
- 100 g radish, peeled and sliced
- 20 g sinigang sa sampalok mix
- 1 bunch kangkong (2 cups), cut up
PROCEDURE:
1. Season and fry salmon belly then set aside.
2. Boil rice water with onion, tomato, and gabi. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes or until pork is tender.
3. Add sitaw, sili, and radish. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Add sinigang mix and kangkong. Allow to simmer.
4. Add salmon belly.
