INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g Beef Tenderloin – cut into large chunks
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Liquid Seasoning
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce / Ordinary Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Liquid Seasoning for Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Garlic – thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Green Bell Peppers – chopped
- 2 cups Day Old Rice
- 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- 2 pcs Crispy Eggs
- 1 tbsp Spring Onions
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate beef with liquid seasoning, paprika, and season with salt and pepper
2. In a bowl, mix ingredients for the sauce
3. Using sa saute pan, heat butter then add garlic. Add in marinted beef, brown all sides
4. Add in prepared sauce. Simmer until thick. Set aside beef
5. Using the same pan, green peppers and day old rice. Mix evenly and season well
6. Place rice mixture in a bowl then top with beef and crispy fried eggs
7. Garnish with spring onions
