INGREDIENTS:
- 10 pcs Lumpia Wrapper
- 10 pcs Sili Sigang
- 1 small can Sardines
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Onions – Finely Chopped
- 2 tsp Garlic – Minced
- 1 tbsp Wine
- 1/4 tsp Paprika (Smokey)
- 1/4 tsp Cumin – Ground
- 1 tsp Salt And Pepper To Taste
- 1 pc Egg yolk – Save White For Sealing
- 1/4 cup Jufran Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
PROCEDURE:
1. In a pan, saute onions and garlic in olive oil
2. Add in mashed sardines. Saute for a minute.
3. Add paprika, cumin and white wine. Season with salt and pepper
4. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely
5. Add egg yolk, cream cheese to bind everything together
6. In lumpia wrapper, fill sili sigang with sardine mixture. Wrap and seal ends with egg white
7. Deep fry until golden brown
8. Serve with sweet chili sauce and cilantro stems
