INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pcs Chicken Leg Quarter
- 1 L Water
- 1 tbsp Chicken Powder
- 1 cup Spring Onions
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Ice for plunging
- 1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Garlic – Made into Paste
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 5 tbsp Oil
PROCEDURE:
1. For the Topping: Mix spring onions, cilantro, garlic. sesame oil, chicken powder and white pepper. Heat oil then pour over mixture.
2. For the Chicken: Mix water, chicken powder, spring onions, patis and white pepper
3. Add chicken and simmer until chicken is done.
4. Plunge chicken in ice bath
5. Put on a plate, put topping and serve
