INGREDIENTS
2 packs (20 g x 2) UFC Fun Chow – Seafood
3 cups water
1 can (198g) UFC Shiitake Mushroom, drained
1 tsp ginger, chopped
100 g beef sukiyaki or meat of choice, thinly sliced
100 g tofu, cubes
200 g assorted hotpot balls
2 pcs leek stalks or leafy greens of choice
Rice noodles
PROCEDURE
- In a rice cooker pot, pour in water then add chopped ginger. Plug the rice cooker and press the cook function.
- Add in 2 pack UFC Seafood Fun Chow. Cover and bring to a boil.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Let it simmer for 5 – 8 minutes.
