INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Chorizo de Bilbao
 - 1 Medium Onion, diced
 - 250 g Shrimps, peeled
 - 250 g Tahong or Clams
 - 250 g Squid sliced
 - 250 g Fish (optional)
 - 1 pack UFC Ready Recipes Menudo Mix
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
PROCEDURE:
- 1. Sautee Onions and Chorizo.
 - 2. Mix in Seafood.
 - 3. Add UFC Ready Recipes Menudo Mix and water. Simmer to cook seafood.
 - 4. Season to taste.
 
Note: For a hotpot experience, you can add squid balls/assorted seafood balls, vegetables, and rice noodles.
