INGREDIENTS:
- 350 g Shrimps – peeled
- 2 tbsp Onions
- 1 tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Dashi
- 2 tbsp Japanese Bread Crumbs
- 1 pinch UFC Iodized Salt and UFC Ground Pepper
- 3 tbsp UFC Banana Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Silver Swan Old English Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Datu Puti Oyster Sauce
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 pc Eggs – beaten
- 1 cup Cabbage – shredded
- 6 pcs Mini Burger Buns
- 6 tbsp Katsu Sauce
- 6 tsp Japanese Mayonnaise
PROCEDURE:
1. Finely chop shrimp in a food processor until paste
2. Add in dashi, soy sauce, egg, bread crumbs and season well with salt and pepper
3. Make 6 equal patties, and let set in the chiller
4. Make Sauce: Mix all ingredients togethter
5. Slice cabbage thinly then set aside
6. Dip Patties in Flour then beaten eggs and breadcrumbs
7. Deep fry until golden brown and shrimps are cooked
8. Assembly: spread mayo on one side of the bread, then top with shrimp katsu then top with sauce, top with cabbage then cover with bread
9. Secure with cocktail sticks and serve
