INGREDIENTS:
- 300 g Shrimps – Peeled, Head on Tail on
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic – Chopped
- 1 pc Shallot – Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ginger – Julinnned
- 1 tbsp Jufran Thai Patis
- 1/4 cup Aligue Sauce
- 2 tbsp Stock/Water
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 1 tbsp Rice Wine or White Wine
- 1 tsp Spring Onions – Chopped
- 150 g Cooked Pasta or Rice
PROCEDURE:
1. Saute shallots, garlic and ginger in butter and olive oil.
2. Add shrimps and cook until it changes colors
3. Add aligue, cream, Thai patis, stock and wine. Simmer for a few minutes
4. Season with salt and pepper
5. Options: Toss with pasta or serve with rice
