INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg pork liempo (belly), cut into chunks
- 4 g wow sarap all in one seasoning mix
- 3 cups rice water or water
- 1 pc small onion, sliced
- 2 pcs medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 pcs medium gabi (150 g), peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp Datu Puti Patis Sauce
- 1 pc small bunch sitaw (1 cup), sliced
- 1 pc siling haba
- 100 g radish, peeled and sliced
- 20 g sinigang sa sampalok mix
- 1 bunch kangkong (3 cups), cut up
PROCEDURE:
1. Wash pork thoroughly. Drain. Mix with seasoning granules.
2. Boil rice water with onion, tomato, and gabi. Add pork and fish sauce. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes or until pork is tender.
3. Add sitaw, sili, and radish. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Add sinigang mix and kangkong. Allow to simmer.
