INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg ground pork kasim
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp UFC ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp UFC Iodized salt
- 2 tbsp Silver Swan Soy Sauce
- 1 wax paper/plastic wrap, cut into 3-inch squares
- 1/4 cup Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 1/2 cup Silver Swan White Vinegar
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine pork with garlic, sugar, pepper, salt, and soy sauce. Mix well. Divide mixture into 12 portions.
2. Wrap each portion in wax paper and roll to form longganisa. Chill for 30 minutes. Remove from paper and fry until golden brown. Serve with vinegar.
