INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg Pork Loin, Sliced
- 1 tpsp Garlic, Crushed
- 1/2 cup Datu Puti Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 1/2 cup Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine all ingredients except oil. Let stand for 30 minutes. Drain, reserve marinade.
2. Sauté garlic from marinade. Add pork, cook to brown both sides. Add marinade. Cover and simmer until tender and the sauce has caramelized.
