INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g Quekiam
- 1 tsp Garlic, Crushed
- 1 tsp Ginger, Crushed
- 1/2 cup UFC Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 tsp Jufran Red Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cup leeks, Finely sliced
PROCEDURE:
1. Fry quekiam according to package directions. Set aside.
2. Using the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger until ginger is light in color.
3. Add spaghetti sauce and hot sauce. Allow to simmer.
4. Coat quekiam with sauce. Top with finely chopped leeks.
