INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 3 pcs Garlic Clove, Chopped
- 1 pc Onion, Chopped
- 1 knob Ginger, Thin Slices
- 1 pc Red Bell Pepper, Cut Into Strips
- 1/4 kg Squid, Cleaned
- 1/4 cup Young Corn, Cut
- 1.5 tbsp Datu Puti Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Salted Black Bean
- 1 tsp UFC Whole Pepper, Crushed
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch, Dissolved In 2 Tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Green Onion, Sliced
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, and bell pepper. Add squid. Cook over high heat uncovered for 5 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients except cornstarch and green onion. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
3. Add cornstarch. Simmer until thick. Add green onion.
