INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup palm oil
- 1/2 kg medium squid with ink
- 1 pc medium white onion, diced
- 1 pc sili sigang, sliced
- 2 tbsp liver spread (optional)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp whole pepper, cracked
- 4 g seasoning mix
PROCEDURE:
1. Slice squid and poach in hot water.
2. Mix all ingredients and serve in sizzling plate.
