- 1 pc talakitok, or fish of choice
- 1 pc ginger, thumb-sized and sliced
- 1 stalk onion leeks
- 4 slices lemon
- 2 tbsp UFC Hapi Fiesta vegetable oil
- 1 stalk onion leeks, chopped
- 4 tbsp Silver Swan Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp rice wine or vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper, to taste

Pour water into a wok or stockpot and set a steamer. Place the plate holding the fish in the steamer, cover, and steam for about 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with the tip of a knife or a barbecue stick.
2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté Set B ingredients. After sautéing, add Set C ingredients, mixed in a bowl.
3. When the fish is ready, pour over the sauce to the fish, and garnish with onion leeks or cilantro. Carefully remove from the steamer and transfer to a serving plate.
