INGREDIENTS:
- 1 NaN Aromatics
- 13 g Shallots, minced
- 15 g Garlic, minced
- 2 g Siling labuyo, minced
- 5 g Native garlic, cloves, unpeeled
- 1 NaN Sauce
- 10 g White sugar
- 7 g Datu Puti Patis Flavor
- 7 g Light soy sauce
- 7 g Liquid seasoning
- 5 g Dark soy sauce
- 15 g Sweet basil leaves
- 50 mL Water
- 1 NaN Marinated Chicken
- 500 g Chicken, small cubes
- 8 g Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning granules
- 10 g Cornstarch
- 60 mL Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
- 1 NaN Other Ingredients
- 500 g Steamed Jasmine rice
- 4 pcs Eggs, fried sunny side
PROCEDURE:
1. Pound or mince aromatic ingredients except native garlic. Set aside.
2. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
3. Mix chicken, all-in-one seasoning granules, and cornstarch in a bowl.
4. In a wok over medium to high heat. Add oil and aromatics until fragrant, do not burn.
5. Add the sauce and mix until nearly dry. Mix in basil and water. Let it cook for another 20 seconds.
6. Add in marinated chicken. Mix until half-cooked for about 1 to 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice and fried eggs.
