INGREDIENTS:
- 4 pcs garlic clove, crushed
- 1 pc onion, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp tanglad, chopped
- 1 pc siling haba
- 1/2 kg medium shrimp
- 4 pcs medium tomato, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp Datu Puti Oyster Sauce
- 20 g UFC Sinigang Sa Sampalok Mix
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, tanglad, and sili. Add shrimp, sauté 3 minutes. Remove shrimp.
2. Add remaining ingredients in the pan, let it boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Turn off heat. Add back the shrimp. Mix and serve.
