INGREDIENTS
200 g broccoli, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
1 tbsp garlic, minced
3 tbsp Datu Puti Oyster Sauce
Garnish (Optional)
1 tbsp fried garlic bits
PROCEDURE
- In a pot, boil 2 Lt of water over medium high heat and proceed to blanch the broccoli for 3 to 4 minutes then set aside on an ice bath to prevent overcooking.
- In a pan, add canola oil and sauté minced garlic for 1 to 2 minutes over medium low heat. Once the garlic is fragrant but not burnt, add the broccoli and oyster sauce then stir for 2 minutes or until the broccoli is well coated with oyster sauce.
- Serve on a platter and garnish with fried garlic bits.
