INGREDIENTS:
- 350 g chicken thigh or breast fillet, cut into cubes
- 4 g Wow Sarap all-in-one seasoning granules
- 1 pc small egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 l Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
- 1 pc onion, sliced
- 1/2 pc red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp green onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp Datu Puti White Vinegar [Sauce]
- 1/2 cups UFC Banana Catsup [Sauce]
- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 3/4 cup water [Sauce]
- 5 tbsp sugar, to taste [Sauce]
- 1/4 tsp UFC Iodized salt [Sauce]
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine chicken and seasoning granules. Mix with egg and flour. Mix well until chicken is coated. Fry until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Mix sauce ingredients in a pan. Allow to simmer until thick. Add vegetables and chicken before serving.
