INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp UFC Hapi Fiesta Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 kg pork kasim/pigue, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp liver spread
- 150 g hotdog, sliced
- 150 g pork liver, cut into cubes
- 1/4 kg carrot, cut into cubes
- 300 g potatoes, cut into cubes
- 1 pack UFC Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce 500g
- 2 tbsp Datu Puti Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Datu Puti Patis
- 1 pack Silver Swan Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning 4 g
- 33/100 cup cooked garbanzos
- 1 pc red bell paper, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp raisins (optional)
PROCEDURE:
1. Saute pork in Hapi Fiesta Oil for 8 minutes or until it oils off.
2. Add liver spread. Stir then add water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
3. Add hotdog, liver, carrot and potatoes. Cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add UFC Spaghetti Sauce, Datu Puti Vinegar, Patis and Wow Sarap Seasoning. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
5. Add garbanzos, bell pepper and raisins. Simmer for 2 minutes.
