INGREDIENTS:
- 3 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp double acting baking powder
- 1/4 tsp UFC Iodized salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 pcs large eggs
- 1/2 tbsp grated tablea
- 3/10 cup powdered sugar
PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
2. Heat chocolate in microwave for 20 seconds or until melted. Set aside.
3. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
4. Combine sugar, canola oil and vanilla. Whisk until well blended.
5. Add eggs one at a time while continuously beating.
6. Add melted chocolate and tablea. Gradually fold in flour mixture. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
7. Scoop a tablespoon of mixture into balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Arrange 2 inches apart in greased baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
