INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g pork ribs, sliced into 1 or 2 bone sections
- 2 cups pineapple juice [Marinade]
- 1/2 cup Datu Puti Soy Sauce [Marinade]
- 1 cup brown sugar [Marinade]
- 1/4 cup butter/ margarine [Marinade]
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder [Marinade]
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning [Marinade]
- 1/4 cup Datu Puti White Vinegar [Marinade]
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate pork for 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Drain meat. Let it sit at room temp for 15 minutes.
3. Preheat charcoal grill/pan grill on low heat for 10 minutes.
4. Simmer marinade for 3 minutes. Set aside.
5. Place the ribs on the grill with the meat side down, turning frequently and brushing with reserved marinade, until cooked through.
6. Let the meat rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve.
