INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pouch Datu Puti BBQ-rrific Barbeque Marinade 144 ml
- 1/3 cup UFC Sweet Chili Sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp whole pepper, cracked
- 1 pack Silver Swan Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules 4g
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate pork for 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Strain marinade and simmer for 5 minutes or until thicken. Set aside.
3. Charcoal or pan-grill meat while basting with marinade on both sides until cooked. Serve with Spiced Vinegar dip.
