INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 pc medium onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger, strips
- 1/2 kg chicken, cut into serving portions
- 2 tbsp Golden Fiesta Palm oil
- 1/2 cup Datu Puti Patis Flavor
- 3 cups rice washing/water
- 1 pc sayote, sliced
- 1/2 cup sili/malunggay leaves
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, and chicken for 5 minutes.
2. Add fish sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Add water and sayote. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked.
4. Add sili leaves. Serve.
