INGREDIENTS:
- 1/100 palm oil
- 1/2 kg tofu, diced
- 1 pc medium white onion, diced
- 1 pc sili sigang, sliced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp whole pepper, cracked
- 4 g seasoning mix
PROCEDURE:
1. Dice tofu and fry until golden brown.
2. Mix all ingredients and serve in sizzling plate.
