INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 kg pork liempo, cut into 4 slices
- 1 pc pork ear
- 1/2 tsp UFC Iodized Salt
- 1/2 tsp UFC Ground Pepper (divided)
- 1 cup Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 1 cup tokwa, cubed
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp Datu Puti Patis Flavor
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cups Datu Puti Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Datu Puti White Vinegar
- 2 tbsp white onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pc siling labuyo, chopped
- 1 bulb red and green bell pepper each
PROCEDURE:
1. Season pork liempo with salt and pepper. Fry in oil until golden brown. Set aside. Fry tokwa until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Boil pork ears with water, fish sauce, and garlic until meat is tender. Drain and cut into cubes.
3. Combine sauce ingredients. Mix well.
4. Combine pork, tokwa, and sauce. Serve.
