INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups water
- 2 stalks tanglad, pounded
- 1 pack sinigang sa sampalok mix (20 g)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 can whole mushroom, drained (400 g)
- 1/4 kg medium shrimps, deveined (option to peel)
- 3 tsp fish sauce
- 3 pcs siling labuyo, crushed
- 5 stalks wansoy
PROCEDURE:
1. Boil water and tanglad. Lower heat and add sinigang mix, sugar, mushrooms, and shrimps. Allow to simmer. Turn off heat.
2. Add fish sauce and siling labuyo. Serve with wansoy on top.
