INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup leftover fried fish steak (160 g), flaked meat
- 1 pc potato (115 g), chopped
- 2 tsp sauce (from fried fish steak)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 pcs egg, beaten
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 3/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp all-in-one seasoning granules
- 1 oil (for frying)
- 20 pcs Siling Labuyo, sliced
- 2 tsp Garlic, Sliced
- 1 tbsp Green Onion, Chopped
PROCEDURE:
1. Fry potato until cooked. Drain. Combine with remaining ingredients. Mix well.
2. Fry by ⅛ cup in hot oil until golden brown. Flip to brown on the other side. Serve with banana catsup if desired.
