INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g Spaghetti noodles, cooked per package directions
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Tuna Flakes in oil (180 g can), drained (reserve stock)
- 1 pouch Sweet Filipino (250 g)
- 1/100 NaN Ground pepper, to taste
- 1/100 NaN Grated cheese, as needed
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic. Add tuna including oil and mushroom, cook for 3 minutes.
2. Add spaghetti sauce, mushroom stock, some grated cheese and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
3. Pour over cooked pasta. Top with cheese. Serve.
