Tuna Kebabs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 grams Tuna Steaks – cut into big dice
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Garlic – crushed
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
  • 1 pc Red Bell Pepper – cut into large tiles
  • 1 pc Green Bell Pepper – cut into large tiles
  • 2 pcs Onions – cut into thick wedges
  • 4 pcs Tomato – cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Egg plant – cut into large cubes
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic – chop into a paste
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice for Sauce

PROCEDURE:

1. Marinate tuna with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper
2. Skewer tuna alternating with vegetables
3. Prepare Sauce: Mix all ingredients together
4. Grill tuna in cast iron pan until browned. Do not over cook tuna
5. Serve in a platter
