INGREDIENTS:
- 500 grams Tuna Steaks – cut into big dice
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Garlic – crushed
- 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- 1 pc Red Bell Pepper – cut into large tiles
- 1 pc Green Bell Pepper – cut into large tiles
- 2 pcs Onions – cut into thick wedges
- 4 pcs Tomato – cut into chunks
- 1 pc Egg plant – cut into large cubes
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Garlic – chop into a paste
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice for Sauce
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate tuna with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper
2. Skewer tuna alternating with vegetables
3. Prepare Sauce: Mix all ingredients together
4. Grill tuna in cast iron pan until browned. Do not over cook tuna
5. Serve in a platter
