Egg Fried Rice
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
- 1 pc egg, beaten
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp diced carrot
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2-3 Tbsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
- ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onions (garnish)
PROCEDURE
- 1. Heat Golden Fiesta Oil . Add egg to cook. Set aside.
- 2. Saute garlic and carrot. Add rice and remaining ingredients. Cook for 5 minutes. Top with egg and green onions.
Tofu-Egg Pares
INGREDIENTS
- 3 pc tokwa/ tofu, fried
- 1 pc small onion, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 5 pc star anise
- 1-1/2 cups water
- ½ tsp UFC Whole Pepper, cracked
- ¼ cup DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup DATU PUTI Oyster Sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch , dissolved in 2 Tbsp water
- 4 pc eggs, hard- boiled
- 1 Tbsp sliced green onions
- ¼ cup GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
PROCEDURE
- In a pan, combine garlic, onion ,star anise, UFC Pepper, water, Datu Puti Soy Sauce, Datu Puti Oyster Sauce and Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add corsntach and simmer until thicken. Add tokwa and eggs. Allow to simmer . Top with green onions and extra fried garlic if desired.
Fried Egg Salad with Crispy Dilis
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil (for frying )
- 2-3 pc eggs
- ½ tsp UFC Iodized Salt
- 1 cup dried dilis
SALAD:
- 4-6 Tbsp DATU PUTI Vinegar
- 1-1/2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Pinoy Spice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Fish Sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 pc tomatoes , sliced
- 1 pc small cucumber , sliced
PROCEDURE:
- Combine first three ingredients for salad. Mix well and chill. Combine vegetables. Chill until ready to serve .
- Season eggs with UFC Salt. Fry until cooked. Set aside. Fry dilis until just crunchy. Serve with vegetable salad on the side.
Garlic Eggdrop Soup with Croutons
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
- 4 cloves garlic , finely chopped
- 1-2 cups water
- 1 pack (4 g) WOW Sarap All-in One Seasoning Powder
- 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Fish Sauce
- 2 pc eggs
- ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 1 Tbsp sliced garlic, fried
- 1 Tbsp sliced green onions
CROUTONS :
- 1 Tbsp GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
- 1 Tbsp butter/ margarine
- 2 pc sliced bread, cut into cubes
- Pinch of dried basil (optional)
PROCEDURE
- Saute garlic. Add water , WOW Sarap Seasonings, DAtu Puti Fish Sauce and UFC Pepper. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Drop eggs. Allow to cook for 2 minutes, then stir. Set aside.
- Heat Golden Fiesta Oil and butter. Add basil if desired. Toast sliced bread until slightly brown. Top soup with croutons, fried garlic and green onions .
