Adobong Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans (400 g) UFC Whole Mushrooms , drained
  2. 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  3. 2 Tbsp GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
  4. ¼ cup margarine / butter
  5. ½ pack (4 g pack) WOW Sarap All- in- One Seasoning Granules
  6. 1 tsp SILVER SWAN  Cane Vinegar
  7. 1/8 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
  8. 2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Adobo Series Classic Adobo Sauce
  9. 1 stalk leek, sliced

Procedure:

  1. Saute garlic in combined margarine and Golden Fiesta Oil.
  2. Add UFC Mushrooms , WOW Sarap Seasonings , Silver Swan Vinegar , UFC Pepper and Datu Puti Adobo Sauce . Stir for 5 minutes.  Add leeks .
