Buffalo Wings

  1. 1 tablespoon Melted butter
  2. ½ bottle Jufran Sweet Chili Sauce
  3. ½ tablespoon Jufran Hot Chili Sauce
  4. ¼ teaspoon Fine salt
  5. ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  6. ½ teaspoon Paprika
  7. ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper


  1. ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  2. ½ teaspoon Fine salt
  3. ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  4. 1 kilo Chicken wings, cut into two separate segments
  5. 2 cups Golden Fiesta Palm Oil


  1. ½ cup Sour cream
  2. ½ cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  3. ½ cup Mayonnaise
  4. 1 tablespoon Datu Puti Vinegar
  5. 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  6. 5 stalks Celery sticks, cut into sticks
  7. 1 piece Carrot, peeled, cut into sticks
  8. 1 piece Turnip, peeled, cut into sticks


  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2 Heat the melted butter, Jufran Sweet Chili Sauce, Jufran Hot Chili Sauce, fine salt, black pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper in a pan. Set aside.
  • 3 Combine the all-purpose flour, fine salt and ground black pepper to make breading mix. Toss wings in breading mix until these are coated well.
  • 4 Heat Golden Fiesta Palm Oil in a deep pan to deep-frying temperature. Fry chicken wings until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  • 5 Remove chicken and toss to coat in marinade. Bake chicken wings in oven until marinade is bubbling, about 10 minutes.
  • 6 Combine the sour cream, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Datu Puti Vinegar and garlic in a bowl to make the Cheese Dip.
  • 7 Enjoy your original buffalo wings with assorted vegetable sticks and Cheese Dip.
